Guest guest
Another question if anyone can help me........ does anyone know what I can do to help get rid of " fibrocystic breast tissue " ?? I have Hashi's, so it looks like I can't do iodine supplements now. I do use Natural Progesterone cream 2 weeks each month, but I still have that problem of fibrocystic breasts. Also I just started up taking Vitex (Chasteberry), am hoping that may help but don't know. Is there anything else I can do?? I seems like the only time the " fibrocystic-ness " eased up or went away temporarily for me was after I delivered my last baby and was nursing him. As soon as I stopped, the " fibrocystic breasts " came back. What can I do?? Thanks for any help! -Marcy
Guest guest
You could try vitamin E 400mcg a day, that helped me for awhile but then I found I had to take iodoral (iodine) for it to truly go away Lynda Re: Fibrocystic breast tissue...QUESTION > Another question if anyone can help me........ does anyone know > what > I can do to help get rid of " fibrocystic breast tissue " ?? Guest guest
Marcy, Iodine would not be eliminated for you with Hashi's. How long have you been using progesterone? It does build up in your body after several months. Have you done any testing to see what your levels are? If not, it would be prudent for you to test. Chasteberry may affect certain hormone levels. Do you take birth control? If so, it might not be a good idea to also take chasteberry. Items like chasteberry and black cohash can be very helpful but also can cause problems if taken too long. Especially if taken in conjunction with hormones. Linn > > Another question if anyone can help me........ does anyone know what > I can do to help get rid of " fibrocystic breast tissue " ??
