Hi.

Tomorrow i am going to LV and spending a day there before my tour starts. I

am staying in a hotel that is on E Tropicana Ave called America's Best

Value/Rodeaway Inn.

I guess im wondering first how safe it is to walk around by yourself. I have

gotten the impression Itrs sort of okay if your around where lots of people

are. But my parents are a bit worried adn seem to think i should lock myself

up in my hotel room lol. The hotel im stayying in is accross E Tropicana

from the MGM...Next to some hooters casino which is next to Tropicana

Resort.

I was going to get the shuttle bus to the MGM and walk to the hotel from

there, but i have been thinking the street blocks are probably really big?

My aunt was saying she remembered it took her 10 minutes to walk past just

one casino/hotel. I was looking at the MGM site and thought i could go find

somewhere to have something to eat there bur i am sorta worried now about

crossing E Tropicana. Is it a raelly busy wide road? It looks like a huge

roaqd like the strip on teh map

I can always just stay in the hotel im staying in (which is supposed to be

really crappy) but id like to walk around if i can.

thanks

Belinda

Belinda, I wish I had some advice but I'm not familiar with that area.

Staying in busy, well-lit areas is always a good idea though. Just take

care of yourself and I'll see you in 16 days !
