your body is holding sodium properly, teating after taking salt may come

out showing too high.

>>My test is at 9.00am and I would normally take 1/2 teaspoon salt around

7.00 am so I would be best not taking my morning salt? My last salt

prior to this would be 1/4 teaspoon at bedtime the prev. day.Is it

still ok take that amount?<<

I htink this would be fine.

Thanks Val, I will give the morning salt a miss. Can I ask one last

question please, once my body is retaining sodium properly then it

should be able to retain sodium from the previous day therefore or

even earlier than that? Does this question make sense?

Are you also taking zinc? I am new on this list, and can't answer your

question, but from other lists, I believe to help the B complex to

absorb you also need to be taking zinc as the two are building blocks of

neurotransmitters.

I have adrenal fatigue as well (I've known for yrs and have felt it

but b'c my endo only recently tested for aldosterone levels, she is

only now realizing it) and have been reading the posts from this

thread. My morning saliva panel revealed my cortisol to be low

mornings and then to vary (I couldn't afford the morn afternoon

evening panel) and I'm always tired mornings. I'm now on 60mg of

Armour after having adverse rxns to synthyroid but am wondering...

I

take vit b complex and drink (occasionally) licorice tea.

Should I not being taking vit B around the time I take my armour

doses (30mg morn, 30 mg early evening)? And should I be taking

cortisol to support my Armour? As afore-mentioned my adrenal stress

(though not officially diagnosed my 20s) predates my " official "

hashi's hypo diagnosis.
