Free T3 = 5.2 (2.3-4.2)

Free T4 = 1.42 (0.61-1.76)

TH = 0.004 (0.35-5.5)

AM fasting Cortisol = 15 (4.3-22.4)

OK the thyroid labs do look greta, so the next thing is to wonder if the T3 is

gettign where it needs ot go. Hav eyou ever had RT3 tested? That 15 for an AM

cortil is still not good but as you are on HC (you said you were on Hc ?) it

could be low due to that. If not on HC it is too low.

I have had both thyroid antibodies tested in Dec. 2007 and both were

negligible. I don't think I have ever had RT3 tested. Should I contact

my doc to order the labwork?

Yes, I am treating the adrenals with Isocort.

It would be one place to look, ieither that or you could try more Isocort.

Is the test called RT3 or reverse T3? Do I need to do this fasting?

It is caled a Reverse T3 and you do not need to fast for it, but you do

need a very recent Free T3 to get the ratio from.

If oyu have not changed thyroid or Isocort dosage since then that test

should be fine.
