A method used by Peatfield I knwo, and I also liek it, is to take BP

while sitting then loosen the cuff stand up and immediately retake BP

while standing. It shouod rise if cortiosll levels are good. IF it drops

then it indicates low cortisol.

Val,

Can you explain this for me. I keep reading about the blood pressure thing,

but my doctor never mentioned this at all.

Yes it is a great oidea to have a home BP monitor and very helpful in

knowing when your HC dosing is good.
