Ok..for the life of me I can't figure this one out. My ankles have

been itching for weeks. No matter how much lotion etc. Same with my

upper back between the shoulder blades. I think that one finally

stopped when I took a homeopathic remedy for it. But...the ankles...??

Yes, it's winter, yes my skin is dry. Yes I have a humidifier in my

house. Yes, I use natural detergents...There is no skin discoloration,

no rash, no bumps..skin look completely normal...it just itches all

the time.

It's possible no one here many know..that's ok. I took a chance...

I had a similar thing happen last year, but I had incessant itching on my shin

areas of both legs. After I had a nutrition/hair analysis done, and changed

my vitamin regimen, it disappeared. (I went from a general multivit to 1-

multivit for adrenal sufferers, 2-3 gr Vit C, and 3 -daily doses of potassium,

B6, copper, 1.5gr magnesium. I also take B12 twice a week- methylcobalamin)

I've also had horrible scalp itching, without dandruff before, and that was

relieved with going to a no sodium laurel sulfate shampoo. I think it has

something to do with a nutrient deficiency, but for the life of me, I can't ID

which single nutrient ! I suspect it was a complement of B's that I was low

on. I also can't use regular deodorant, even the natural varieties -- I end up

with a horrible rash. I've switched to usuing coconut oil, which works and

doesn't irritate my skin. Skin sensitivities seem to go with the whole

adrenal/thyroid situation, at least for me.
