Salt Fasting for Aldosterone/Renin test?

say 24 hrs but I know you have said 48, do you think 48 is

absolutely necessary. Also, when you both say significant salt do you

mean regular items, let's say low salt V8 or organic turkey meat, both

of which have some salt in them? Or are you saying adding salt to

items or using high salt food like spicy V8 which I know has tons of

salt? Just want to make sure I'm doing this absolutely right. It's

my second time testing these and I know they are low but want to

double check them because renin is really really low. Thanks million.
