If I stress dose and my average temp goes down for that day, does this

mean that I am not on enough HC to begin with? Or does it mean, that

for THAT day, the stress dose used up more of the thyroid meds and

left me low?

My averages have been 98.6-98.7 for quite some time now. Today I

stress dosed and they went down...don't have the final reading yet,

but both my a.m. and noon were lower than they are usually.

I'm confused, because if I need more HC, than why are my averages so

near perfect?

Thanks for explaining...

It could have been the stress dropped your temp.. not the dosing at all.
