Guest guest
>>Could someone explain how my adrenals are supposed to heal if my tendonitis continues?<< Your temdinitis could easily be the resulkt of your weak adrenals or low thyroid. I get tendinitis in my right arm from lwo thyroid and it goes away perfectly when my thyroid is properly treated. Low cortiosl causes the htyroid to no t work properly in your body so you get many of the sympotms of low thyroid even with normal thyroid labs. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
My second child has flat feet, so I got her arch supports and it has helped her tremendously. This company was excellent to deal with and was fast with their shipping. It might give some relief to your knees if other supports haven't worked. Just remember that weak adrenals can take up to three years to come back, and without energy it's hard to make those muscles work-I have very bad tendonitis in my hip and was told that it will take physical therapy-but not now since I need to ramp up my adrenals first; and I'm hoping that as my energy levels go up I will be able to make my muscles stronger on my own without the physical therapy torture. It can be a slow process to turn everything around-I know you're suffering, but try to be patient Sheila http://www.healthyfeetstore.com/arch-supports-orthotics-insoles.html > > Hi - > I'm new to this group. I have a good podiatrist now (at least I think so), and I have done a gait analysis with her and have custom-made orthodics. I guess I really " torqued " my knees walking with flat feet for too long. I have done LOTS of PT but have given up until hormones strengthen and muscles hold. I appreciate your understanding. nancy
Guest guest
- I've noticed a few threads about foot issues with adrenal issues including flat feet and smaller feet. I've read one of the causes is loss of collagen, which can be caused by many vit and mineral deficiencies, esp. vitamin C, which the adrenals also need for better function. I'd try the arch supports (which someone mentioned), but also make sure you are taking plenty of vit C. Cathy > > Hi - > I'm new to this group. I think I have not been utilizing my vitamin supplements due to DHEA depletion.
Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone had any luck with seeing a chiro for over pronation? I already wear orthodics but I have to get them adjusted every 2-3 months. I can ruin a pair of shoes in 3 weeks time and it is getting expensive. How do these insoles work compared to orthodics? Thanks for any help, jin > > - > I've noticed a few threads about foot issues with adrenal issues > including flat feet and smaller feet.
