Guest guest
I'm getting a whole new batch of blood tests done this weekend, including Magnesium, Vitamin D, B12, and Folate. For the aldosterone test, I know I have to abstain from salt for 48 hours. However, for these nutritional tests, do I have to try to eat foods that don't contain these nutrients? And should I abstain from supplements, like Magnesium or cod liver oil (for vitamin D)? -Jung
