Guest guest
Hi - I'm new to this group. I'm 56 and got really flat feet over the past year, which led to tendonitis in my knees. That pain became chronic, accompanied by chronic stress and weak adrenals, which was finally diagnosed from a hair analysis in February. I'm taking a bunch of supplements including an adrenal glandular from Endo-Met, which is connected to the hair analysis lab (Analytical Research Inc.). I finally saw a doctor (Kate Lemmerman) and did a saliva test and blood test. My DHEA was low, so I started 10 mg last week, and I'm supposed to start 30 mg of Armour thyroid this Wednesday. Could someone explain how my adrenals are supposed to heal if my tendonitis continues? I did get a knee brace for the right knee a few weeks ago, but that's not much help. Some days (like today) my feet just feel pegged to the floor. I have orthodics but that doesn't help weak muscles. Can someone point me in a better direction here? Thanks very much.
