I do my sea salt everyday in my water and on my food.My aldosterone was 2

and sodium a bit low.

I would suggest you have these tests done and see where your

sodium,aldosterone,renin,potassium levels are.

Me...I am going to use my salt until I die:) BP is the best it has been in

11 years. I am in almost stage four kidney failure from being hypothyroid for

so many years.It clogs our arteries.( I am almost 66(granny of this bunch I

think?) and no doctor found my problem.I found it on STTM and sent for

tests.) Wasted days and wasted nights,lol.

My feet and legs were so swollen I could not wear shoes for several

years.All gone now.I have ankles again:)

A very good book about salt is by Dr. Brownstein.Google him.I read it

and saw exactly how they killed my mother on a 0 salt diet.Her electrolytes

went out of balance and she had a heart attack.

Read and learn and make your decisions for yourself.

Can somebody with kidney insufficiency (stage II-mild) do sea salt? My

kidney doc said no, but I am gathering others are doing it...

i wonder if long term adrenal problems may also cause it. i am also recently

diagnosed with kidney insufficiency.. test did not completed yet but i think it

is stage 3
