Sea Salt and Potassium Question

I started taking sea salt a few days ago 1/4 tsp 2 x day. I thought

it started to help, but now I am having headaches and extreme muscle

spasms in my back and face. I also ate alot of potatoe chips the last

few days and the muscle spasms seem to be alot worse. Am I causing an

imbalance and what do I need to do to correct it?
