they say, if you take it on empty stomach it takes less time to flush,if not,

more time.

If you don't get the flush

at a certain dose, do you wait until the next day to try a higher dose?

yes,that is how you do it..I tried 25 mg and did not flush. next day I tried 50

mg and flushed. I take it on empty stomach to get a quick answer.they say if you

crush the pill and takes even less.

P.S. You have gotten me started on a real reseach jag here. LOL

if your niacin test gives high histamine, I suggest you to have tests before

starting any supplements.whole blood histamine and absolute basophile count.At

least once,to be sure..
