Guest guest Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 these panic attacks and anxiety have just continued to get worse over the last few days. I have no appetite anymore and dont know what the heck is going on. Ive been dragging myself to work on 2 hours sleep a night. all this on 30 mg of hc a day. I even stress dosed the last couple days to no avail. I also went back on effexor the other day which always got rid of my panic attacks and anxiety but have just seemed to get worse surprisingly.
