Since 3 grains isn't that high, I would hold your dose until your period and get readings on days 2-4 with day 1 the first day of your period. Your basal and temp average are most reliable then. You might be optimized right here at 3 grains and not have to do further increases! Course, if your average then is over 98.6, then you might want to cut your dose back.
