Guest guest
I would try Celtic before giving up on it. Have you ever had sodium levels tested? Potassium too? If potassiumis also low you may need to bring that up as well, or it may be that your sodium is fine. I am veyr prone to fluid retention but have never gotten it form Celtic Sea Salt. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
Another vote for Celtic. I was PUUUUFFY til I started it and I'd been using other brands of sea salt. I'm not puffy at all now, void less, and my skin looks tons better. Hydrated but not puffy face, legs and ankles. Doesn't make sense to me but this is my experience. > > I would try Celtic before giving up on it. Have you ever had sodium > levels tested? Potassium too? Guest guest
This happens as a form of dehydrateion - your body holds on to the water you are drinking. What you need to do is keep using the salt water, but gradually increase your total fluid intake to encourage your body to flush out excess. Once you're fully hydrated, your body will regularly release excesses. Guest guest
My sodium and potassium levels were both within the range of normal. This was recent test. I'll try switching to Celtic sea salt and see if that makes a difference. Thanks!
