Saliva test timing

Hello all, I am a 41 year-old female. My reproductive cycle has always

been very long and irregular (anything from 5 weeks to 2 years). I

have a saliva test kit from Diagnos-Techs and am finally ready (had my

first period since dd3 was born) to do the test, I am at day 19, but

am showing signs of being about to ovulate. Do I do the test now as

per kit instructions - day 19, 20 or 21? Or do I wait and do the test

when I guess that my next period is just over a week away?
