zinc and b6 helps me with depression.if one has white spots on nails or nails

whiter than average people this may indicate xinc deficiency. if trouble to

remember dreams this may be indicative of b6 deficiency.

pregnenolone also helped me greatly with depression.much more than cortex

extracts did.

That is because St 's wort is only good for mild to moderate depression. I

tried it but it did not begin to touch what I have.

It is also not without side effects. It can make one VERY sensitive to

sunlight. I don't need that. As a blue eyed blonde I already feel like I am from

the planet K-PAX already! 8-)

Yes,I had always used it in the past, but it wasn't enough when my doc had me on

a mere 2 grains of Armour.

Yes, there is hope. I needed to go on an antidepressant while I was first

getting my Armour dose regulated. St. 's Wort was not enough. I was able to

wean off of the AD last fall and have not needed it since. I used ADs every

winter for 12 years. You may need them for awhile until you get optimized and

wean very slowly when you do.
