I ordered several supplements recommended by Shoman in her books

and I've listed them below. Im supposed to take the saliva test in two

weeks and I want to make extra sure that nothign is going to interfere

with my results this time since every month for 3months I've had

something screw up and had to postpone taking it.

I purchased Fatigued to Fantastic Energy revitalization, fatigued to

fantastic sleep revitalization, paradise hoodia, guayaki yerbamate tea

and now thyroid energy support. I also purchased some colloidal silver

nasal spray due to ongoing allergies that our entire family suffers

from. I know the NOW thyroid energy contains iodine (kelp and Irish

moss form) guggul, and ashwaganda. I also read on the energy

revitalization taht it has soy lecithin and soybean oil. Is that the

bad soy?? And are any of these products going to interfere with my

saliva testing or can i take any of them up to the day of testing?
