Hey Val and anyone else who can provide help,

I have been on the HC and Armour journey for 7 months. I have gained 20 pounds

in the

past 2 months. However, my tests results are worse than when I first started. My

frees are

lower than ever before. I can't raise armour without feeling nauseous and

smelling ammonia. I'm aware that I have to get my HC up to raise my armour to

become optimal

then to gradually wean off of Cortef. I know the process, but I can't raise

armour without

feeling sick. My iron has never been above 12, and I am taking 150 - 300

elemental iron

prescription. My ALT is out of control. I am seeing the best thyroid doctor in

the province,

who has been trying to get to bottom of my issues. I am taking UNDA drops for

liver

detox, and Glutanagenics for healthy gut. I am also getting tested for iodine

deficiency.

PLEASE I need a solid plan of attack, I am not a open-shut case of raising

cortef and

armour and iron and then I am fixed. That isn't working for me, what other

options are

there? Please give me a substantial response when you have time.

Here are my latest labs:

TSH 2.15 (range 0.30 - 4.70)

Free T4 - 7.8 (range 9.1 - 23.8)

Free T3 - 3.6 (range 2.5- 5.7)

Ferritin - 9 (range 13 - 145)

Cortisol Random Ser (11am before taking any meds for the day) 444 (range 30

-958)

Before trying to raise thryodi at all you need that ferritin up or you

will have really bad reactions. You also will not be able to tell what

is a good HC dose until then as it can affect temps as it affects

thyroid so much. I woul ddsay some iron injecitons should be your first

priority.
