Healing adrenals and too much hc

Hi

I'm currently taking hc for about 8 months now, and am on 12.5, 7.5,

7.5, 2.5 and then 2.5 at night. Started a new job recently and have to

cycle to work (10 minutes) so I upped my first dose to 12.5 to cover

me. Over the last couple of months I've noticed that when I take

Vitamin C (5g a day, split 2, 1, 1, 1). Sometimes I feel over

stimulated, especially with some pantothenic acid as well. This has

been more over the last month. I'm wondering if this is a good thing,

ie my adrenals are healing and so are responding more to the Vit C and

PA. Has anyone else had this. Maybe it's time to try and reduce my

dosage ...

Any thoughts
