First never make decisions on ONE day's temps. It is NORMAL for temps to slwoly

climb as you raise thyroid, even small amounts MAY raise temps and it will be

more for some people than for others.

wow,,,youre up early! yea,,,that makes sense. I just got a bit

excited to see my average top 98. Im so used to seeing 97's day after

day. I just cant wait to get my metablolism back up to normal and rid

myself of this brain fog and low grade depression. hopefully Im headed

in the right direction now
