ear plugs, was Re: Re: INSOMNIA!

I use these soft foam like ones....you kind of pinch them and then put in

your ear and then they slowly expand to fit, they are the most comfortable

for me.

I also have some silicon ones, I think that is what they are made of....but

I like the other ones better.

Anybody got any ear plug suggestions? They feel so darned uncomfortable

I hate them, and after a few nights of using them, my ears begin to itch

and feel like they will get infected.

Yes,

Wal-mart, Walgreens and any welding store, They have the soft cone

shape, My hubby brings me a bag of 1000 every now and then, He snores

BIG time, But I still use then when he is on a buisiness trip,And I'm

alone,

Thay dont ich at all, fancey colors, and Purple colors,

Heck look online in welding supplies,

I really like mine, If we are out of town, Forgot my ear plugs, Hubby

goes out and buys me some..... I dont sleep, He dont sleep....
