Guest guest
Your ratio is .16 and should be at least .19 so I would try to go on Cytomel for a while . It will help clear out the excess RT3 and you will feel better. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
Thank you. Sorry It took me so long to respond, I was having problems with my email and accessing the site. Thank you, Val! > > Your ratio is .16 and should be at least .19 so I would try to go on > Cytomel for a while . Guest guest
Wow, so some people do optimize on less than 3 grains. I just got to 2.5 grains and think I will hold here for 8 weeks and then get blood labs again. Your FT3 was so high I'm guessing you might optimize at 2 grains!
