Guest guest
Going from larger to smaller, by factors of 1000 you have killograms milligrams micrograms nanograms picograms femtograms so 1 milligram = 1000 ug 1ug = 1000 ng 1ng = 1000 pg 1pg = 1000 fg so 1 ug/L = 1000 ng/L and 1 pg/ml = 0.001 ng/ml Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Estrogen 18.020 pg/mL Progest. 1.60 ng/mL What yoiu need is the RANGES for this lab as the lab's methods are different from one lab to the next thus their ranges can vary. I would ask for a copy of these labs from the lab! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Estradiol 18.020 pg/ml (post meno: 5.37-65.9) Progesterone: 1.60 ng/ml (post meno: 0.15-1.04) OK from this I would say you need ESTROGEN but your progesterone is fine. No one seems to worry when progesterone is high as it does nto have the same side effects or problems associated wiht it as high estrogen, btu I try to shoot for the high end of lab ranges with most hormones. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Using the lab ranges as a guide I would want estrogen at the top of it's range. This may still be not high enough to balance out the progesterone as yours is over range, btu if you could get it there it should be siffuicient. I would not want estrogen much over range. Not even to balance a ratio. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
What I am using is the estrogen knowledge I have gained form having had a HYST at 27 years old. Let me tell ya THAT brought home the mportance of having ENOUIGH estrogen but not too much. Too much and you risk breast and uterine cancers, yes, even bioidentical. estrogens if too high have serious risks. Too low and you wil lose muscle tone, sleep and generally a sense of well being as well as your drive to do things. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
