It is not recommended to take it sublingually as it may cause yeast

oproblems in the muth though this is not proven. It does nto cause

nausea, btu may cause stomach pain as it si hard on the stomach lining.

You should eat with every dose.

Val,

I am still taking hc sublingually (since 4-5 weeks ago) and haven't had

any yeast problems yet. But I take it under the tongue, not in the

cheek because I was afraid it WOULD cause problems if left in the mouth

too long.
