And I have read that conversion of plant oils into true omega oils in the body is inefficient in the healthiest of people. And we are not the healthiest, and many of us have other conversion problems so it's likely we don't convert the plant oils at any helpful level at all. Fish oils are best because they give you EPA and DHA, ready to use as is. No conversion needed.
