finding & drinking clean water...and the salt in pellegrino

I'm trying to figure out, aside from the toxin-absorption involved in

showering with tap water, how and what to drink when it comes to water.

Plasticizers in water bottled in plastic has turned me off from those

brands so now I'm onto glass bottled water, which in our area means

either pelligrino (which contains trace amts of sodium) or perrier. By

the way, IS THE SODIUM IN PELLIGRINO BAD FOR THOSE WITH HYPO ISSUES I

WONDER???

What do you guys to for water? Filtration?
