I am going too do this for a few days.. I feel something is still off though.. It;s as if I do not feel good with the HC, or with out it.. My head issue is really becoming debilitating.. cannot drive my car, or even do small things around the house w/out fear of passing out.. this is insane, and I am very depressed and angry all the time too.. Is this the HC causing this, or maybe my beatin down emotions from bein so isolated and not able too do anything.. Could Aldosterone be my issue Val? My labs are not correct as i was taken ACE inhibitor at the time of testing, it was all done properly, time and day wise, but was taken lisinopril for B/P... My aldosterone at that time was a 9...If you can offer any thoughts or help me in anyway too feel better I would really appreciate it.. I took my 5mg at 4pm, and it is 4:42 now and I feel worse head wise then I did before I took the HC.. Can you tell me what is happening please... But my B/p was like 180/95, now it is a nice 127/77 with good pulse rate..The sea salt does seem too help with the head issue, does not go away altogether, but at least I can get up and move and do things with out fdear of falling over dead *lol*.. Is there anything I can do too help me figure out HOW much HC I should be taking? I figured for now I will do the 7.5-7.3-5 likre you mention for a few days too a week right? then see what that does.. if I still feel poopy should I raise it again, and if so by how much, and where would I put the amount I raise.. morning,noon,or afternoon? Also again.. would you look at my SALIVA thyroid labs please.. again trying too figure out why my T3 is so high, you mentioned too much HC or too much armour. At the time of the saliva testing I was only takin 22.5mg of armour 2 times daily.. 22.5 in the monring and 22.5 at 4.. My thyroid…Wow TSH 43 normal 26-85 fT4 .23 normal .17-.42 fT3 >6.00 High normal is .28-1.10 I had been talking too lisa as I am being told provately by someone that I am not on enough HC that is why my T3 is so high, but told me a while back you mentioned too her it can be becasue there is too much HC in ones system.. so I am confused. I still feel yuckie head wise, can I take more HC, i ALWAYS ALWAYS feel really really bad when my period starts.. If it is mor then 3 days, then we come off it slowly right, but as in slowly, what does it mean slowly.. reduce by like what 2.5ng every few days or something? If one stress doses for there period, how much should be taken during those 7 days of the cycle.. Please know I appreciate ALL your help... it truely means my LIFE.. Guest guest Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 I would not stress dose over 5MG 10 TOPS for your period. Have you had sex hormines checked? It is possibe you need to adjust them to help wiht this.
