8th International CHARGE Conference

We are proud to announce that the 8th International CHARGE Syndrome

Conference will be held on July 27th - July 29th, 2007 in Costa Mesa

California.

The Conference will begin on Friday, July 27, at 8:30 a.m. and conclude on

Sunday, July 29, at noon. There will be an informal get-together on Thursday

evening. Childcare will be provided during the meetings on Friday, Saturday,

and Sunday for all children who have registered for this program;

interpreters and nurses will be available as needed.

You are urged to register early so we may plan for childcare, meeting room

space, etc. Childcare, interpreters and nursing can only be planned for

those children on whom we have complete information.

You do not need to include payment when you register. However, payment must

be received by June 15 or your registration will be canceled. You may charge

your registration to Visa \ MasterCard \ Discover at anytime. No partial

payments accepted.

Group meals are planned as follows: Friday, July 27 - breakfast and lunch;

Saturday, July 28 - breakfast, lunch and dinner; Sunday, July 29 -

breakfast. These meals are included in your registration package.

To help you plan your conference budget, here are the fees and hotel rates:

Registration fees: Adult Foundation members (including those 15 yrs of age

There will be a late registration fee (after June 15) of $50 per

registration and absolutely no registrations will be accepted after June 30.

Cancellations after June 30 are subject to a $25 charge per registration.

The hotel rate is $119 plus tax for a single, double, triple or quad room

(about $129 total). This rate will be honored from Friday, July 20 thru

Wednesday, August 1. If you are driving, there is complimentary self parking

at the hotel.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hilton Orange County/Costa

Mesa by July 5, 2007 to receive the special room rate. To reserve a room,

you may do it online through our web site, by calling 1-800-HILTONS or call

the hotel directly at 1-.

Be sure to specify that you are with the " 8th International CHARGE Syndrome

Conference " to get the special rate. Remember to mention if you will need a

crib, cot or refrigerator at the time you make your reservation. If you must

cancel your reservation later, be sure to request a cancellation number.

If you are flying to the conference, there are several airports in the area.

The closest one is the Wayne/Orange County Airport. Other airports are

the Los Angeles International and the Long Beach Airport. A complimentary

shuttle is available from the Wayne Airport; shuttles from the other
