Hi Everyone.

Being off-list for a week is HARD!!! I know I have missed many things and I hope

to catch up as the next week or so goes by. I know that we lost another little

one--such a sad thing. And...as it goes, seems that some wonderful things have

happened, too. Michele,

good news on Aubrie's BAHA--may it continue to heal well; --yippeee!! re:

Pat's job.

I want you all to know that if you get to England and Simon offers to

cook for you--TAKE HIM UP ON IT!! We had a wonderful time with he and Flo and

the girls (they could not be any cuter!!) and dinner was scrumptious.

is there now and I think she is in for the same treat!!!

I missed you all!!

Hello, Michele S.

funny you should ask about flake!! My friends at work wanted that, too, but

because we can get it in the Irish market near school, I did not ! but I truly

enjoyed it while I was there!!!

Hi Pam,

You are funny! It was a REAL pleasure for us to have you visit. The

afternoon went so fast! We all really enjoyed having you over. Elly loved

all the attention she got, as I am sure did . Thank you so much for

adding so much to our week. Any time you get the urge to visit London,

don't forget we are still here, and the cook uses any excuse to get

creating. He loves cooking, I love eating. Hmmm, now to shift those

pounds!

did also come over last. How lucky are we? Lovely to see her

too, and yes, the time flew again! She is looking forward to catching up

with you in July. She certainly is in for a busy time in England!

Glad you got back safe and sound..........

Flo,

Oh, but it is you that added to our week!!! We had so much fun!!! I am so glad

I had the opportunity to play with the " cheeky monkey " , Elly, and that

and I could " tell stories " related to her pics of her vacation. That was so

nice!!!! She is doing so well and it sure was fun to see all that she is

learning!

I totally understand the cooking/eating dynamic! It is like that in our house,

too. I am not the cook, but I sure love to humor the cook and eat what is

prepared!!

And..I will be excited to talk with and compare notes!!!

Take care and enjoy the pics!!!

I really must reply as well. As Flo says it was our pleasure in having you

and I can so improve on what I cooked.

And

I have catered for a couple of parties we have had, but I am

vegan/vegetarian and will not cook any meat or fish. Flo does that for the

girls but not daily.
