Guest guest
I thought you'd all appreciate this little story. Last week I was rushing to put the garbage out, with the truck quickly coming down the street, in the pouring rain. MacKenzie began to knock on the window and sign frantically, " Mom, hurry, I need you, emergency!! " I ran in the house, with my heart racing and she looks at me sweetly and says " my hungry " . I could have choked her. Needless to say, we had a little chat about false emergencies. I tried to tell her the story about The Boy Who Cried Wolf, big mistake. Not only did she not get the story but now she's scared that if she says emergency a wolf is going to eat her. It's never a boring day around MacKenzie.
