One said that Dr. Rind seemed " scattered " and wasn't very helpful. I live about 45 minutes from his office in DC but decided to do a phone consultation after talking with the office staff. The appointment is at least 2 hours long (that's great, thorough) and the wait is almost that long (not great). When I saw the responses on here I cancelled so I can't relay any personal experience. I can't imagine that he wouldn't be helpful since so many on here use his protocol and suggestions, and I just may end up rescheduling sometime in the future.
