But for better coverage, I would break it down into four 30 mg doses. So 1/2 grain or 30 mg at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime. Keep your same HC dosing and monitor temps. I cannot break it into 30mg -4x day. I have 1 grain tablets and am running out of 30 and 15 mgs. Can I take 1 grain in the am, and 1 grain at bedtime?
