Guest guest
You raise the temps by raising Armour, but you can't raise that till your temps are stable, meaning .2 difference in the day to day average. What are the past 7 days' averages? Barb > > I have been charting my temps for 7 days and the average is 97.66. I am > using Cortisol OTC, Armour and Bio Identical Hormone Replacement. Guest guest
How much Armour are you taking and how often? Armour comes in grains, where 1 grain = 60 mg. I'm pretty sure you didn't mean 1.45 mgs, but 1.45 grains doesn't make sense either. 1.5 grains, or 1 grain and 45 mgs? Barb > > These are my last 7 day temps. Should I chart real close for next 7 days, > some days I skipped. I am at 1.45 mgs of Armour. > > > > Helena412@... > > > > **************Ideas to please picky eaters.
