Guest guest Posted February 29, 2008 Report Share Posted February 29, 2008 , I had to use the cream for about 3 days in a row and while I definatley could tell a difference between the cream and the pill, it did tide me over. I also don't absorb the cream as well as some people do. I ended up having to use about twice the amount of cream to get the same result as the pills. i did this by continuing to add cream in 5mg increments since I was having low cortisol symptoms. My advice would be to start using the cream for one or 2 of your lower doses later in the day to stretch out your supply of HC. It isn't nearly as noticeable when you are using pills and cream together. Much better for me than just the cream. I don't want to do that again if I can help it...
