My adrenals have been stressed for a long time.

I just don't understand why today it induced the inner anxiety rushy

feeling when taking the pill I always took before after taking the

small dose of armour yesterday.

Was it like re-introducing it to my body, after being off it a day...?

But, that doesnt make sense if the T4 lasts in our systems for a week.

Donno...just confused.. I've got symptoms coming out my ears these

days.
