Guest guest
I do believe the infection is causing some of the problem and stopping the BP med can cause it to rebiound high. Are you on anything for the BP now at all? I would suggest getting on a Diuretic type BP med which will help SOME and keeping the HC dosing as low as will work for you,. As for the irregular heartbeat, that can be hypo but usually it will be slow and irregular. The higher heartbeat is probably a rebound fromthe BP meds being stopped abruptly too. Can you call your doctor? They would be in the best position to knwo wht else you might be able to take to help this. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

I have been taking it once a day for awhile, I very rarely miss it...I will look on the drug site and see what is a diuretic BP med...don't want beta blockers thats why I was put on the last one. Was hoping I wouldn't have to go back on anything once I got this infection took care of and was hoping that my hypo would start leveling out. Do you think I am getting enough cortisol taking my thyroid meds to the tissues because of all of this infection stuff????
Guest guest
It is hard to say but too much cortisll can be a cause of high BP too. Triamterene HCTZ was a good diuretic BPO med I took for years and really helped mine without the bad sife effects. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Oh Val on Tuesday I have 3 teeth pulled at 1:30, should I double dose my HC for the whole day or just before I go in to dentist? I do 10- 10-7.5-5 that day, I am changing it that day from 7.5-2.5-7.5-2.5-2.5- 2.5-2.5-2.5 that you had changed me to a little while ago, really like that dosing also....
