I'm not sure what chemicals would be found in the drugstore

brands...apparently your body is not assimilating what you are

consuming, so maybe it needs the complementary herbs to help it absorb

and utilize the potassium. Dr. 's lectures mention that high

potassium foods such as bananas and sweet fruits can sometimes drain

the energy from persons with adrenal issues, especially those prone to

Chronic Fatigue or Fibromyalgia...

I didn't know this. I have fibromyalgia.

Guess I'll have to rethink my dietary habits again.

This is because people wiht adrenal fatigue USUALLY have low sodium and

they MUST be balanced. It is not the potassium that drains energy but

high potassium to sodium ratio.
