Because your body is converting al lthe T4 it can to the much needed T3. Your

labs are looking good, except for thyroid and you could use mor sea salt a well.

Val, isn't here Cortisol levels really low for AM?

Not sure if you noted the RT3. Is my ratio OK? How do you figure again?

T3: 284 (232 - 420)

Reverse T3: 15 (11 - 32)

Your ratio is 18.4 which considering how low your T3 is I would not consider a

problem. When you bring the T3 up the RT3 (unless it rises as well) will be

fine.
