There si no way to knwo hw much your T4 would lower with how much T3 you take.

To ,lower RT3 you WANT T4 as low as possible. Mine was at .26 when I was on full

T3 only replacement . You will not miss it if you have ENOUGH T3.

Whats the best dosage schedule for T3, so one doesnt have the

possibility or crashing or to keep T3 levels stable?

I took mine 4 times a day, usually wiht my HC.
