You have to be a myspace member to view them - are you in the main picture

both actually - that sucks i didn't know you had to be a member to view

them... i'm in several of the pictures that scroll -- in the one that says i

don't remember it being taken i'm the one on the right (with the longer hair

and glasses if you can see them), in the one of me and larun kissing our

teacher's cheeks i'm the one on the left (again longer hair)... the horrid

picture w/ the eyes closed is me... the ILY hands i'm the closest to the

camera and the one captioned 'the secrets to my success' rob, me, diane, and

larun - in that order

does that help?

and those are all the grad pics anyway so it works out even for the ppl who

arent members

p.s. the orangey-gold stole is for International Honor Society and the gold

cord on my shoulder is for having a gpa over 3.5 (3.597 to be exact... wish

it'd been a few tenths higher tho)

Your current job sounds so very interesting. I can't find that again, must

have been

in the blogs?? How did you find that job? Had you taken prep

courses/degree for that?

I'm going by memory here, is it geological or seismological?

I know when I read it my mind jumped to the " treasure hunters " series on the

travel channel-

finding gold and precious gems. lol. Any real correlation? Or just my

wishful thinking.

lol just wishful thinking... or sort of... if i find treasure it's for

someone else ;-)

it's seismological - but all i actually do is the research part - so my job

is all online or at the courthouse or title plant (land-title)

i'd love to learn to do the field stuff - but i have no clue how that part

works, hopefully my boss will train me for that someday

and i didn't take special courses on it or anything - i got the job through

good old fashioned neputism -- but all you really need education-wise is the

ability to read and a strong grasp of the english language (or whatever

language they speak where you are lol) because my part of it mostly involves

reading a lot of legal documents until i find what i want... oh... and you

have to be able to lift these gargantuan books they have at the

courthouses... i don't like that part too much ;-)

anyway, for me it's good cuz it's really really good money (specially for

someone my age) and i kind of make my own hours (kind of being the operative

word) AND i'm a total biblophile so i love going to the courthouse and

spending time among all those old books... it's like i can *feel* the

history... i sometimes find myself giving attributes to the land i have no

clue about... like if two ppl have the same name i'll assume it's a father

and son - even though i have no way of knowing that... or if they don't have

the same name i assume it's a son-in-law

silly huh? passes the time... it's sort of mind numbing
