Guest guest
it is detecting the horrible status of your adrenals and stopping the acth oush so that you can rest and allow adrenals to heal. i am thinking it is a good effect and will be helpful in long term.to test it take ashwaganda for two or three days in a row and than check your energy status on the next day. you will probably see that it is much better.i am having the same effect by siberian ginseng. bw nil Ashwaganda laid me flat Does anyone know why Ashwaganda would make me exhausted? I've taken it on my ND's recommendation, and both times I got progressively more tired until I stopped taking it. She had me on 1200 mg straight
Guest guest
Well, the first time I took it for about 6 days, and the only direction I went was downhill. That was a 1200 mg dose, though, which may have been overkill. It certainly felt like it! -- > > it is detecting the horrible status of your adrenals and stopping the acth oush so that you can rest and allow adrenals to heal. i am thinking it is a good effect and will be helpful in long term.to test it take ashwaganda for two or three days in a row and than check your energy status on the next day. you will probably see that it is much better.i am having the same effect by siberian ginseng. > > bw > nil > Ashwaganda laid me flat > > > Does anyone know why Ashwaganda would make me exhausted? Guest guest
I do know it has a sedative effect on some people so it's recommended that it be taken at bedtime. It's supposed to help your T4 convert to T3, and also modulate your cortisol up or down, whichever way is necessary. It's in nearly every adrenal support type product, and everything I found researching it said it was good for adrenals. However, I can't tolerate large doses (makes me hyper) but since I still wanted to take it for its reputed benefits, found I could tolerate 1/4 of my 300 mg pill. So I only take 75 mg at a time. Just a smidge less than your 1200 mg dose LOL! Barb " " wrote: > > Well, the first time I took it for about 6 days, and the only > direction I went was downhill. Guest guest
It doesn't work for everyone. When I took it my heart was racing, I had pressure in my chest and felt horrible..and that was only 500mg in the morning. It depends on what is wrong with your adrenals and what hormones are low. Are you low or high cortisol? Things like that...some of us can't take it for whatever reason. > > > > it is detecting the horrible status of your adrenals and stopping > the acth oush so that you can rest and allow adrenals to heal. i am > thinking it is a good effect and will be helpful in long term.to test > it take ashwaganda for two or three days in a row and than check your > energy status on the next day. you will probably see that it is much > better.i am having the same effect by siberian ginseng. > > > > bw > > nil > > Ashwaganda laid me flat > > > > > > Does anyone know why Ashwaganda would make me exhausted?
