Are you on your best dose of estrogen yet? Maybe the longer you take

estrogen, that will allow more DHEA?

I don't know if one brand of DHEA is better than another, but my DH has

been taking DHEA for 110 days, 50 mg per day, and doesn't feel anything

from it at all.

I have tried taking Pregnenolone several times and it knowcks me out. Cnanot

take it and function at all. As I have said before I ahve little faith in

prohormones. If your body cannot make the proper conversions within it's own

hormones why would it work with exogenous hormones?

>>So, would it be best NOT to supplement DHEA, pregnenolone,

progesterone etc? And work instead on healing the gut and optimizing

nutrition?<<

No because some of these problems are directly related to low hormones.

Especially in the case of low cortisol. I would supplement the hormones that are

low not a prohormone, just liek taking Armoru or T3 in stead of just taking T4

and depending on a conversion for it to work.
