Guest guest
I split thyroid and HC doses. And if you take the thyroid sublingually you can take it with anything exceopt calcium and iron as it is absorbed in the mouth rather than the blood stream. HC should be taken abtu every 4 hours for three doses the usually once oyu build up a bit you will need a bedtime dose as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Val will weigh in tomorrow morning. . . Re: Does First Dose Have to be First Thing? But this is what Val said: " And if you take the thyroid sublingually > you can take it with anything exceopt calcium and iron as it is absorbed in the mouth rather than the blood stream..... " I'm confused..... said: > If swallowing, the same rules apply as with all thyroid meds; empty stomach, an hour before food. Calcium, iron and estrogen need separated by 4-5 hours from thyroid medicine, *if* swallowing. > > Taking Armour SL avoids these rules. Guest guest
OK even when taking it sublingually, SOME is swallowed. I try to eek out every bit of what that thyroid oill can give me, so I take it sublingually first then in an hour take other supplements. Estrogen is nto a problem to take WITH thyroid as far as in the stomach, it binds thyroid in the BLOOD so no avoiding that yiu simoly have to take enough thyroid to overcome the effect. Iron and calcium BOTH block absorptin of thyroid in the digestive tract. Which is why I suggest that even sublingually waiting a bit before taking iron or calcium just to absorb the bit that you sdo get in the stomach even during sublingual use. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
, I don't know what Klonopin is but I have taken Lunesta (not that different from Ambien in effect). I just got off Ambien because of the same thing. It was making me feel bad!!! I had to take it to even go to sleep and would wake up in 2 to 3 hours. Also, like you said, even if I was fatigued the next day, I could not go to sleep. The first night off Ambien was NOT fun, virtually no sleep (had to stress dose the next morning to make it through the day). The next night I actually crashed when I hit the bed and even though I woke a couple of times, I was able to follow Barb's advice (I believe) and take salty water and Vit C and get back to sleep. Actually slept in later than usual. So-o good to not be on Ambien!!!!! Delores Re: Does First Dose Have to be First Thing? > > > > .
