Guest guest
Anxiety is usually a low cortisol symptom. How are you dosing your HC? If you take too high a dose first thing, it could be lowering your nighttime levels too much. Also, if you lowered from 40 to 20 in just a few days, that was probably a little too fast for your body to adjust to. Guest guest
Thanks Barb. I'm dosing 15-5. I'll try 12.5~5.0~2.5 tomorrow. > > Anxiety is usually a low cortisol symptom. Guest guest
Wow, 15/5, that's too high then too low. I'd start even lower with more doses tomorrow. How about 7.5/5/5/2.5, with the last dose at bedtime? Barb " smylze111 " wrote: > > Thanks Barb. I'm dosing 15-5. Guest guest
i was JUST going to ask this SAME question and just saw this post. i just got my dose up to 20 mgs but the last couple of nights around 6- 8pm i have gotten extreme anxiety and panic with other low cortisol symptoms and had to add another 2.5 just to feel even keeled again. i am dosing at 10-5-2.5-2.5 and wonder the same barb if this is too high to too low causing cortisol to drop too low in the evening as well? i'll try your recommendation anyway to see if that helps. the feelings of anxiety were very scary and didn't realize this could be a result of dropping too much later in evening??? shar > > > > > > Anxiety is usually a low cortisol symptom.
