Your cortisl looks fairly good, btu the high uinsulin is caused by

insulin resistance and that in tuirn is caused by low thyroid.

So what should I do about the insulin resistance? I'd like to finally

lose some damn weight.

You'll need to change your diet. Low carb, cut out processed foods, cut out bad

oils, stick to

a whole foods diet and focus on low carb selections for fruits and veggies.

Drink water, no

fluoride.
