Thanks, Val! I am still failing the flashlight test miserably, so I

thought I still needed that much Florinef.

Hi Val,

Just curious, what makes you think this is a potassium imbalance and

not, say, too much salt?

thanks,

Dahlia

I woke up this morning with very swollen fingers (they still are).

The

past week or so I have been having much more muscle cramping, too. My

bp is fine. I haven't done anything different except that I just

added

vitamin E and Taurine to my supplements. I take .1mg Florinef and 1/2

tsp sea salt twice a day. Any thoughts?

Hi Val,

What are the symptoms of low potassium or potassium imbalance?

> A potassium imbalance can be high or low sodium *for the amount of

potassium* in her body. IMBALANCE means just that, sodium and

potassium have to be perfectly balanced to avoid bad symptoms , even

death can result form these being imbalanced.
