Question about dosing and temps regulated already??

I posted this on NTH but was not able to get an answer as of yet, so I

am trying here. I apologize to those who frequent both boards...

I charted body temps for about a year. I had low and fluctuating. So

adrenal and thyroid. Also tons of other symptoms to back this up.

Anyway, I went on 5mg of HC and in a week my low temps stabilized.

Then I added 1/4 grain of Armour. Now temps are stable and normal.

Can that be all I need?? I keep reading about titrating up and all

that, but I have normal temps on these low doses. My question is,

should I stay at this dose, and monitor temps?? Keep the dose as long

as I feel ok and the temps are ok. Or should I add more if I have

symptoms and temps are ok?? Advise please...
